Perfect fit in our limited space apartment, great height for our Dutch shepherd

The media could not be loaded.

We have very limited space in our apartment and we were looking for a raised dog food/water bowl stand that would fit into the little space between our kitchen cabinets and front door, without catching on the door when it open/shutWe were also looking for one that was 100% plastic, because our previous stand was metal and wood - after 2 years, the wood was all nasty and moldy, on its way to rotting, and the metal was literally ALL rust, from the water. Our dutch shepherd got bored recently and started licking the rust and the moldy wood, so we knew we had to switch to plastic. She's a serious chewer/nibbler, so if she sets her mind to it she could probably destroy THIS one, but that's nothing against this plastic one. I took off one star on durability just because when she gets excited to go outside, her wiggles sometimes bump the stand and knock it over, and as it is plastic it is very light compared to the metal one she had before. But again, its not the stands fault that plastic is not as heavy as metal. It was easy to assemble, and unless you have a dog actively knocking it over then it seems pretty sturdy. Haven't had to clean it yet but I'm sure its a breeze.****This stand, at its tallest possible height, is perfect for our dog. I love the recessed square around the water bowl half. Thank you for making a plastic stand the perfect size for our needs!****Let's hope it stands the test of time haha, otherwise..? I'm okay with ordering the same product every year if she destroys this one. Okay I'll stop rambling, sorry, and thanks!

Sturdy & looks nice.

I don't write reviews but we really enjoy this product. I love the deep pocket for the water bowl. In the first few days it was full of water but not all over my floor & not in the food bowl. The design is cute. Assembly was quick & easy. Adjusting to height.. just hold it in your thighs push the pins in & pull. The only thing I could come up with IF I had to Karen this product, would be add different colors (grey, white, tan). This won't affect my star rating, we are just going to paint them so it matches more with our decor. But it does what it's designed to do & it looks good.P.s. No black film on bowls when washed & the extra bowls might not be necessary but thank you 8 is better than none. 😃*Update 6/30/22*Had to get another stand for our new pup. Glad to see you added colors & saved on your product by not adding the extra bowls. The packaging was even better than the first 2 (heart eyes). If we have to replace or add another (fur baby lovers) we will definitely continue to buy your product. Again easy assembly, sturdy & easy to clean..

Perfect!

Perfect for our boxer puppy! I didn’t trust the bowls this came with so I purchased 2 ceramic bowls and they fit perfectly! (PetRageous 17001 Eat Drink Repeat Two-Tone Stoneware Dishwasher Safe Dog Bowl 4-Cup 8-Inch Diameter 3.75-Inch Tall for Medium and Large Dogs and Cats 32-Ounce Capacity, Off-White).The stand is sturdy and looks great with the decor in our home. It is currently on the lowest level but I love that we can adjust it as she grows. I also purchased the mat underneath to catch any dribbles. Boxers make quite a mess when they drink with those floppy cheeks! I would purchase again. Easy to assemble.

Great value! Looks good and pup is pleased!

My pup is so happy with this! It's very nice to not have to bend down to eat from the floor like an animal! For refrence- he's about 75lbs and we have it on the first option...so one click higher than the standard. I think it would work for a tall dog quite well also.Went together VERY easily and is sturdier than it looks at first glance. It's also attractive enough to leave out (that's the Mom taking! ). Bonus that I honestly didn't realize when I initially purchased is it comes with 4 bowls. Easy to switch out for proper cleaning.I think it's a great value for the price. Mamma and Pup are happy!

Awesome stand, very happy with purchase

I did a lot of searching for the right elevated dog bowl stand for my 9 yr old Labrador. She has spondylosis and has had some severe flare ups where she wouldn't eat due to pain lowering her head to her food bowl on the floor. There were some really attractive wooden stands, but didnt want mold growth on it and did not want to have to clean it twice daily. Plus the bowls that came with them were shallow. AveryDay had the biggest bowls,PLUS there are two sets included! Other plastic stands had reviews that reported they were not sturdy. AveryDay's stand is substantially sturdy. Plastic is thick and there are 3 easy adjustable heights. My dog had no trouble approaching her bowls the first time she used them. The bowls stay put in the wells on the stand, no rattling around. I do like that there is a shallow "moat" around the water bowl to catch excess drips. Stand wipes easily....I'm lazy and do it every few days. Stainless steel bowls are easy to clean. It's a win-win product, easy to clean, sturdy and most of all helps keep my girl pain free!

A sturdy stand but not sure about the bowls

I was looking for plastic instead of wood because it's easy to clean and no worries about molds. This one was perfect and really sturdy like all other reviews. The height in my pictures is the lowest setting and perfect for my 6-month-old Shiba/Jindo mix. Just the stainless bowls don't seem to be good quality since I keep noticing black stains from the back side of the trim. I'll probably get better bowls from somewhere else later. One more sad thing is the price is lower and more reasonable right now than when I purchased.

Life Changing !!

Before this product, we had your good ol’ metal bowls that rested on the ground. I started noticing that our dog’s neck would strain from having to bend so low to eat. Sometimes, our dog would end up just laying down and eating from the bowls leading to a very uncomfortable experience for him. Or, he would leave his meal ½ eaten. In comes this product, which truly improved our dog’s quality of life! He can comfortably eat without craning his neck. He has become more interested in eating and now always finishes his meals in one sitting.Pros:-Excellent height for our dog-Easy to assemble (Easy to disassemble as well – great to bring along for travel!)-Lightweight-Sturdy and durable legs & frame – made to last-Bowls have large capacity (less runs to fill up my dog’s water bowl, yay!)For reference, I have a medium sized dog, husky cross. This product is suitable to medium and large dogs.

PRODUCT REVIEW

I bought this dog bowl for my white german shepherd who absolutely loves this product, I've given this product 2 weeks of testing in outdoor conditions to see how it holds up, so let's review it.Features:1. Easy assembly and disassembly2. Great design in a compact package3. Rugged quality, right choice of materials4. Functional, adjustable legs5. Great value1.The package arrives with the dog bowl disassembled, the 2 legs, 1 base, and 4 bowls along with an illustrated instruction on how to assemble (but it’s very straightforward). Setting up takes seconds and disassembly is the same which makes it great for those who find themselves on trips and need a dog bowl that isn’t some flimsy rubber bowl that was squished in the butt pocket2.A quick look at this product along with others and you should be able to see that this product was designed with research and experience on what a dog needs. Not only does it aesthetically look pleasing with the patterned legs and refined smoothed edges, they wasted no space and used the least amount of room needed to create a great product.3.Being that my white german shepherd is big and I have a relatively large backyard, my dog enjoys the outdoor life and eats her food outside. The materials used are meant to last and the patterned legs are not only for looks but also further strengthen the construction of the bowl. I tested this out by standing on the dog bowl (I weigh 155lbs) and the dog bowl held up without an issue.4.Having an adjustable height for the dog bowl is a lot more valuable than one would think. Just like driving, everyone has a seating preference, can you imagine driving and not being able to adjust your seat if it was pushed all the way forward or back? That’s how it is for the dog bowl. Now this also means that if you just got a baby puppy, as it grows the dog bowl can adjust to its height which leads me to the next feature.5.Who doesn’t want a great value? After everything I reviewed above, you should be able to understand that this is a great value for a dog bowl. As mentioned in other reviews it also comes with 4 stainless steel bowls instead of the usual 2. With the adjustable height, rugged materials, excellent design, portability and extra bowls all at a great price this should be the only choice when it comes to purchasing a dog bowl.Want to do some of your own comparison?Take all those features listed above and scroll to the “Compare with similar items”You will find the other brands don’t use materials that last, especially in an outdoor condition. The construction of others does not match the rugged dog bowl AveryDay offers. The design of others not only feels cheap but will not age well (some even have hard edges ouch). Lastly the price of others might be slightly cheaper but sacrifice features. Your dog is family, just like my dog is considered family, and I only give my family the best. That is why I bought AveryDay.

As Described

Purchased: large, 2 stainless steel bowls; used for dogs ranging 55-85 lbs, 16-22 inches at the shoulder. Two years later and this set is still in great condition. We use 2 of these systems daily for 3 dogs (3 food bowls and one shared water bowl). The bowls have not rusted, are easy to clean, and never smell. The stand is still functioning just as well as it had been advertised to do. The stand is also easy to clean. Overall, easy to use, sturdy, stable, light weight, and versatile heights. As long as the quality remains at least the very same, we will buy again.

Worth Every Dime for My dog - Lola and Nina

My dog Lola started experiencing hip and neck pain a couple of months ago. She loves to run up and down our stairs. She fell running going up the stairs as she gets so excited. I saw that she was having difficulty eating from her bowl which was on the floor. I decided that I was going to order her an elevated dog bone stand as she is rather a tall dog. I purchased it about a month ago and it has really helped her with her pain. I wish I had bought it sooner for her - she is absolutely worth it. I also purchased one for my little Yorkie and she seems to eat so much better. I would absolutely purchase both of them again.

Lab mix is happy

We have a 65lbs lab mix who throws up when he eats if his bowls are on the ground. We’ve been using a little collapsible step stool for him for the last year and finally after losing his bowls in our recent move, I decided he needed something better. This comes with 4 large bowls, which is great cause one set can be used and one set is clean when you want to switch. We store the clean ones under the ones being used, so each side technically has 2 bowls, but only the top one is being used. Bowls are good quality, they’ve gone through the dishwasher multiple times already. The plastic is sturdy, it was a little difficult to get the parts together initially but with some firm pressure they finally clicked in. I’ll even admit that I bought this based off a review of a gal saying she stepped on it, and I definitely tested that out to reach something in a very tall cabinet once or twice. All around, solid product and definitely a keeper. We have him on the highest height and it’s been perfect for him and he’s only thrown up once in the 2 months we’ve had it, instead of 2-3x a week.

Impressed!

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this, but wow! The quality of the bowls and the stand exceeded my expectations! I've had adjustable feeders and they either didn't fit my dogs needs or they were just plain ugly.I received 4 bowls - good quality stainless steel. The stand is easy to assemble, sturdy, and has adjustable legs - more than 3 heights. My puppy is a pusher so the rubber nubs at the bottom helps it from not moving. I'm pretty sure this will last for my dogs life time... he's a 3 month old Rottie. That's how much faith I have in the durability.

I wish it didn't have the water collecting troughs

I bought this for my 60lb lab mix to give him a bit of elevation when eating and drinking, and it does a good job at keeping his bowls in place. The assembly was easy, and the platform is quite sturdy for being plastic. The bowls are super flimsy and two of them were dented from shipping. I had a couple of $3 bowls from Walmart that fit in the same holes and feel way higher quality than the bowls that came with this. Still, the non-dented bowls are still handy to have around, like if I have doggo in the back yard and want to put out a bowl of water for him. So the bowls are a nice addition, just don't expect much from them.My main complaint is that there is sort of a "trough" around one side of this that collects water. I can understand the intent of it was to collect little splashes of water, but when you have a bigger dog that is sort of a sloppy drinker, these fill up constantly and you have this nasty old-water-mixed-with-food-crumbs just sitting there around the bowl. I ended up drilling several small holes in the plastic to let the water drain through to the mat below. It seems to evaporate from the mat a lot faster than it sitting in those troughs.Overall still worth buying though, with a minor modification.

Does the job!

I just received this today. I purchased this for my 11 week old 10lb. Sheprador puppy since she will be a fairly large dog.PROS:1. Its way bigger than I thought, even knowing the dimensions. The lowest height (not the ground level) is good for her right now.2. The bowls are nice and deep, which is good for her raw food diet. We'll see if I need deeper bowls once she's bigger.3. It feels very sturdy, which I was concerned about because its plastic, but its a thick weighty plastic and feels durable. One reviewer said she stood on it weighing 155 lbs to test it out.4. You have to use a 'lil elbow grease to put the legs on. Good because they wont be coming out.5. Love that it comes with 4 bowls.CON:The only con was that the bowls shift side-to-side and spin around in the well. So I fixed it by sticking cut up pieces of a rubber nonslip furniture pad (that I already had) on both sides of the well and now the bowls fit nice and snug.Suggestions to the manufacturer:1. Please include something similar to what I used to make the bowls fit snug.2. Please create bowls with lids. That is very helpful for raw dog foodies.3. Please include a slow feeder bowl.Buy rubber pads here: https://www.amazon.com/GorillaPads-CB149-Furniture-Self-Adhesive-Protectors/dp/B08C36Z2RS/ref=sr_1_7?crid=256SY10WPJJ5L&dchild=1&keywords=rubber+furniture+pads+non+slip&qid=1620757935&sprefix=rubber+fur%2Caps%2C174&sr=8-7

Pretty sturdy, much more comfy for the dog

Purchased for my elderly dog. He's a 50lb mixed breed and we've been testing the lowest and middle height settings and the lowest setting seems to be the most comfortable for him.Assembly was pretty easy. It took a little wiggling at the right angle to get the 'legs' into the top part properly and I was a little concerned I was going to snap the plastic until I got it at the right angle, but now it's all snug together it feels quite sturdy.Having 4 bowls included was nice - two to wash, two to serve - but one of them was slightly dented at the bottom. Not a big deal, just a minor cosmetic thing. They aren't huge, but I refresh the water a couple of times a day anyway and the dog is fed several 'meals' during the day so the bowls are never overfilled.Overall, very happy for the price point.

Nice elevated feeder

I’m pretty happy with with this purchase. I looked forever for a raised feeding station that would be was to clean, hold up and not look cheap/tacky for my elderly dog that has been falling when he ate from his low bowl. I looked at a lot of wood ones but was worried they would get moldy so I ended up going with this. It is fairly sturdy and I like that it has multiple levels to choose from since I wasn’t sure how high my dog would need. We use the middle level and he’s about 45lbs. It came with 4 bowls but my own metal bowls I already had fit in there so we continued using them. Overall a good purchase.

Nice but not for a blind dog, legs are wobbly

I have a blind Cocker Spaniel who steps in his bowls and scatters food and water everywhere. I bought this hoping to eliminate that problem. There are no instructions but the legs snap on easily if you know to pop in the center before the ends. A blind dog bumping into it causes the legs to collapse. Not a real problem with a short Cocker as I just don't use the legs at all. It will sit flat on the floor a few inches high. There are many height adjustments for taller dogs who can see. The depressed water side contains spills nicely and it all cleans up easily. They also include 4 metal bowls. I wish they had a ceramic bowl also. I make my dog food and it needs to be heated slightly when it comes out of the refrigerator. The metal won't go in the microwave. All in all I like it.

Our Lhasa is very pleased!

We honestly believed that our dog just wasn’t trying to eat anymore or was being picky. He’s almost 17 so we figured just old age. We then saw he would eat if we fed it to him from his level. I then researched reasons why dogs may stop eating. One of them being issues with digestion. I looked up ways to help settle it and saw having a raised dog bowl could help. He used to have a generic, to the floor bowl.He went a good 2 weeks without eating from the bowl, forcing us to hand feed him on nights he went the whole day without eating(anything for our boy). We decided to give this a try. He ate out of it the first night and every night since. We’ve had it for a little over 2 weeks and he’s still eating out of it! We’re so happy he can eat and drink comfortably and confidently.
