So far, so good! We have 2 feeders, have been using them consistently for about 2 months, and so far really like them. I haven't used them to feed while I'm away for an extended period, but have appreciated them for when I'm sick or out of the house for a few hours because I know the kitties won't miss a meal or have their feeding schedule interrupted. To keep costs down, I set up a pet cam near the bowls and trained the cats to go to their own feeder (filled with their prescription foods), eliminating the need for camera-enabled or RFID feeders. The app has been reliable at telling me when food levels are low, and happily the feeders still dispense on schedule if the wifi goes out. I would definitely recommend locking the buttons on the control panel (press the lock button for 3 seconds until a locked icon appears) because licking can push buttons. I was slightly worried my one smarty-pants cat would work out how to break into the feeders, but they've stayed securely closed. All in all, I'm happy we got these, although I'd recommend waiting until they're on sale (especially if you're purchasing a couple) because they are a little pricey.

Works well. Worst was a little taller for the neck, and that the plate came about a bit more. Notice my cat has to twist his head to eat. My Cat always tries to flip it. But it works - update. The bowl is plastic and caused my cat to get acne. It’s works well but I bought small ceramic plates and took out the bowl it same with.

This PETLIBRO feeder has seriously made my life so much easier. I can schedule meals right from my phone, and it’s super reliable—no more worrying if I’m running late or out of the house. My cat caught on really quickly and now runs over every time she hears it dispense food 😂The setup was easy, the app works well, and it holds a good amount of food so I don’t have to refill it constantly. I also love the sleek design—it actually looks nice in my kitchen, not bulky or cheap.If you’ve got a picky cat or a busy schedule (or both), this feeder is totally worth it!

2 months in and my worries have been eased. It’s very reliable and consistent. I can leave town knowing my cat will be fed! No issues with any clogging or issues with the feeding system.

So easy to use and install, helpful for keep the control on my cat and her diet while I’m on long hours of work.

Perfect ! I am buying my girlfriend two sets as she has five felines. I could have had bought the one that use the WiFi but I opted for simplicity you don’t go wrong. The water container is one gallon it could last for a few day ( I fill it up half way every two days or three to give then fresh water. I have two kitty four months each). Also the dried food dispenser is really good quality and it works great as well as the water dispenser. It saves me time in the morning as I don’t have to change the water or fill up the dry food. The design is very nice. The thickness also is very good quality, the value for the money is great as you getting both the water and dried food gravity dispenser. Uh one great feature, the bowl has removable Stanley Steel trays. YOU DONT GO WRONG WITH THIS PRODUCT !

UPDATE: I contacted their customer service directly through their website. They were great in helping me reset the feeder. Currently it seems to be functioning properly, although I have had one more instance of "feeder failure" message even though food was dispensed properly.This feeder started out as a win. It was easy to set up and I love the bluetooth and app based communication. It was a little difficult to figure out the right portion to dispense, but once I got that dialed in everything was great.... Then I started getting random "food dispensing failed" messages when I was away. I was always able to trigger a manual feeding from my phone so I felt "ok" about it, but concerned. Fast forward to today... I was home when the time came. I heard the feeder call my dog and heard the food dispense. When I looked at my phone I had a "food dispenser failed" message.. WTH?? This causes me great concern as my dog is on a VERY strictly regimented diet. I now have to wonder if, when I get that message, the food is actually dispensing or not. I hate to run the risk of her going hungry but hesitate to continue triggering manual feedings if the dispenser is actually working.

Food portions are definitely off… make sure after you pick a measurement, you measure how much it really is so you can give more or less. It says it’ll fix the proportions over time after so many uses but I haven’t seen that. We just double checked measurements & picked more or less on the app. It still works amazing minus that feature! One of my favorite automated pet appliance! We have a busy schedule sometimes & don’t get home until late… I just love I can depend on it to make sure our kitty is fed on time!We got one of the used but new feeder & it works just as good as new.Easy set up

This automatic feeder works really well. I haven't had any issues with it during the three months I've used it. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the accompanying app, but it turned out to be very useful for adjusting the amount of food dispensed and the feeding schedule. It's also nice to receive low-food notifications and warnings about potential device malfunctions, so you can be sure your cat gets fed. Of course, this means that the company is mining your data and probably sells it to third parties, but that's the world we live in.

It works great. Took a while for the cat to get use to the sound. Only complaint is the portions it puts out. A lot of food goes to waste because it puts out pt much at once even on 1/12

I really like this feeder. The cat, not too much at first. She still wanted me feed her. Haha. She eats from it now without me pretending to feed her.It is easy to use and set up a feeding schedule. I haven't set up the voice message yet.The most difficult part was the unpacking. The bowls and cords were inside the food storage bin. I couldn't figure out how to get it apart. It was on page 17 of the up manual.Once I got it washed and set up, it didn't work. Nothing turned on. After checking all the parts i became frustrated. In desperation I replaced the adapter with one of mine and it has worked fine ever since. So it had a bad adaptor.Beyond that I've had no problems. Easy to clean and use.

Then I started getting device offline notices. It would lose its connection to the app and WiFi off and on even though the connection light on the feeder was solid like it’s supposed to be. If it was offline during one of my cats feeding times it would not feed. After a couple weeks of this it went offline for good and I can not reset it. The connection light stays lit up solid and will not blink allowing me to reconnect. I tried unbinding the device from the app to reset everything but now I can’t get a blinking connection light to reconnect. So it’s not even connected on my app anymore. It’s useless now. I have to press the button on the feeder to dispense food.Edit. I fixed it and changed my stats from 2 to 5. If this happens to you I will report what I did.I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power. Make sure you take the batteries out and wait a few minutes. Also restart your phone since that only takes minutes
