Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as they are confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse handling.

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Puerto Rico

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Puerto Rico: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location, carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume seasons.


Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If tracking shows no movement after several days, contact us through our Contact Form.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Some promotions may offer free shipping on selected items or order totals.


Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. If still unresolved, contact us through our Contact Form

We will assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. Most damaged items do not need to be returned.
